Imports the unchanged commit
5f129f7262e5d136094cab3f52e4fb90d0ce6bdffrom PStack for Codex PR #7. The base is upstream main at03ffe520e21c840c967edb039f631888d0c1862c.C-Stack naming, default Poteto activation and BotKit belong to the next PR in the stack.
Verification
Verified the branch contains exactly the original refresh commit above the upstream base. This import was not installed or exercised in Desktop during C-Stack setup. The dependent C-Stack PR records its own offline checks and pending user-run acceptance.
