React was upgraded from 18 to 19 while keeping the current MUI v7 setup the same. A few packages were updated for compatibility, the old lazy-load solution was replaced with a newer local approach, and some React 19 typing issues were cleaned up. A small compatibility fix was also added for Recoil so everything could keep running smoothly without changing the existing behavior.
