A remix of existing solutions by @bythorsthunder, Rapido mount from this repository and RapidoV2 mount from Voron-Stealthburner repository to add support for RapidoV2 HF and UHF for ERF Filament Cutter
The UHF version needs extended ducts and because of that a new cowling in the front of Stealthburner is needed, a model by @bythorsthunder is added. UHF makes the whole assembly taller!
Closes #69

Adding a cutting printheaad hotend mount for RapidoV2. Two versions of FRONT part for both HF and UHF (elongated ducts) versions of RapidoV2. REAR part is adjusted to fit both HF and UHF versions.
Added Cowling by @bythorsthunder originally made for Rapido UHF, but it can be used for RapidoV2 UHF the same way

Interested in testing this. I can't seem to download the UHF cowl piece.

Yep, the file seems to have been uploaded empty for some reason, I've replaced it

I can't seem to engage the two long bolts that go through the cowl & printhead into my chaoticlab Tap on the HF printhead SB_Rapido_V2_Cutting_Printhead_HF_FRONT.stl

Almost like it's slightly too tall.

The original fits fine.

You know what, I've had the exact same issue with the original one (by original do you mean the voron-stealthburner version?). The placement of screw holes is the exact same on both ones, so I don't think changing the position of them would do anything to resolve the issue.
What I suspect may be the issue is the way REAR piece is mounted on the top. Because if it isn't mounted as far as it can go up, the whole printhead assembly will be a little lower than it is supposed to and when you screw in the long screws they will be too low making it difficult to screw into heat inserts. And it'll seem like it's a bit too tall because of all that.
I guess the top screw mounts of the REAR piece needs some redesign to make it easier to position it where it needs to be. But to me it seems to be an issue accross all of these mounts, as this version is the exact same except for the cutouts and mount for the cutting arm.

I'll be testing those parts in few days, because right now I'm printing ERCF parts. If I find a nice solution to this problem I'll update the files.

No, I mean the Rapido one available from the Filametrix folder in the ERCF_v2 repository.

The only difference between the rapido one from ERCF_v2 repository and the rapidov2 in this pull request is the position of heat sink screw holes on the top, so still my prime suspect is the inconsistent mounting position with the top screws of the REAR part.
