Add validation rule in tools/validate_csv.py to reject any row with more than 2 actionButtons entries. Add maxItems: 2 to all 14 actionButtons definitions in tools/schema.json. Fix 16 existing rows across 4 files that had 3-button entries: - references/offers/apis.csv (11 rows: envio-*, goldrush-*, goldsky-*, rpcfast-*) - references/offers/mcpservers.csv (3 rows: debridge-mcp, filecoin-onchain-cloud-mcp, tatum-blockchain-mcp) - listings/specific-networks/polygon/apis.csv (1 row: rpcfast-mainnet-free-recent-state) - listings/specific-networks/arbitrum/apis.csv (1 row: rpcfast-one-free-recent-state) For each row the third (least-essential) action button was dropped to match the documented "Max 2 buttons" rule in Common-Columns. Closes Chain-Love#3495
Dedupe comma-separated quoted-array CSV cells (case-insensitive): - monitoringAndAnalytics: 22 nodit rows (apts listings + references) - languages: 7 wallet rows (1inch, ascoin, binance, bitcoin-com, bybit, coinomi, math) - supportedChains: 5 bridge rows (hyperlane, layerswap, orbiter, stargate, symbiosis) - selfHostedArgs: 1 mcpserver row (3xpl-mcp) - additionalFeatures: 1 oracle row (dia) QuickNode Custom duplicates in limitations column preserved (positional requirement).
… Archive, Partial Archive) Normalize undocumented values to defined enum: - 7 Custom -> Pruned (chainbase/noves APIs have data/RPC, not block history) - 5 Trace -> Pruned (spectrum APIs provide trace/debug, not block history) - 8 Recent-State -> Pruned (undocumented synonym for documented Pruned) Preserve QuickNode Custom values (2 rows) as they are positional (credits, endpoints, rate). Keep those in limitations column. All historicalData values are now in enum; validation passes. Expected DBIP Chain-Love#3496 reward: 10 USDC to 0x935F9988dD6039548b90841B7776c9F8C4F7757c Notes: - QuickNode custom values remain untouched - Replace technology for chainbase/noves with appropriate values (optional but out of scope) - Validate with tools/validate_csv.py (should pass)

Replaced 2,258 uppercase NULL with lowercase null across 10 CSV files. Both values are semantically identical (no data). Schema accepts null type. This normalizes the vocabulary so all empty-value cells use lowercase null. No data values were changed — only the NULL/null representation. Files affected: apis.csv files with throughputSla/txSpeedSla/bandwidthSla columns plus mcpservers.csv and similar files. DBIP Chain-Love#2683: 10 USDC to 0x06f44f4839fd5df4f4670036d028b29dec939363
