The $100k/$1M panels only rendered their tab strip on the timeseries view; the default ranked-bar chart never showed them. Tabs now render above the bar view too, and selecting a size swaps each venue's bar for the panel scalar. Venues whose book could not fill the tier drop from the ranking (skipped-not-extrapolated made visible).
