Generalizes the #1049 toggle to all five KPI domains (Perpetuals, Prediction markets, Data feeds, Hyperliquid, RPC). A pill only appears when the domain has data for the product (availability resolved upfront from the same cached snapshots the sections read: perpContext/pmContext/hlStats plus new hasRpcProviderData on the rpc-hub blob). Two or more domains: one pill bar, sections swap client-side with no navigation. One domain: section renders directly, no bar. tsc clean. Local page verification inconclusive (local KV reads degraded, page throws its degraded-store sentinel); verify on staging like #1049.
