Every /chains/ with a -rpc bench gets an RPC pill next to Chain KPIs: quotable fastest-leader sentence (24h p50, successful calls only), per-region podium, as-of UTC stamp, link to the full bench. Chains without RPC coverage keep the single pill. Data from the cached rpc-hub snapshot via new getRpcChainRow, alias aware. tsc clean, verified locally on /chains/ethereum (both pills, PublicNode 90 ms) and /chains/cardano (single pill).
