Today's release failed its smoke on a cold sitemap render (AbortError at 20s; the page was healthy 30s later) and the auto-rollback then 403'd because vercel rollback ran without --scope (defaulted to nbmsachas-projects). Smoke now retries 3x at 60s with backoff; rollback pins --scope=mobula-labs. Prod was verified healthy, nothing to revert.
