Bench 074 stays dev/staging-only for review: spec removed from main (drops it from the prod sitemap, which is what failed the smoke and triggered the rollback) and the merkle redirect points back at rpc-capabilities until the bench ships. Prometheus scrape targets and logos STAY on main: the probes keep accumulating data for the staging review, invisible to prod users.
