The 30min monitor showed flashbots pinned at ~86% success forever: its permanent eth_call policy refusal was counted as unreliability. Success now divides ok by transport-level attempts only (result not in blocked/method_not_found); the refusal stays visible in the Method coverage panel where it belongs. Methodology wording updated. Dev only per the staging hold.
