Discovery: the repo already has a staging gate (REMOVED_BENCH_SLUGS, PR #1000) used by rpc-keyed-latency, monad-rpc etc: staging renders, prod 410s and drops from catalog/sitemap. Bench 074 now uses it instead of my manual spec-off-main hold, which would have silently un-held it at the next dev to main release. Merkle redirect points at rpc-capabilities until ship (flipping it now would 308 prod users into a gated 410). Cache key bumped per the gate's own doc. Ship day = remove one line + flip the redirect.
