Site-side revalidate hook so the OCB VPS worker can purge the CDN cache tag immediately after publishing a new aggregate. Zero user-visible effect on prod until Phase 2 flips the site reader; before that the endpoint just returns { revalidated: true } and there's no cached tag to purge. Cherry-picked from dev (PR #1300).
