Moves the CSV download button from TimeSeriesChart (timeseries view only) into the shared headerActions computed in benchmark-body — now visible on all view tabs (rankedBar, distribution, donut, countLeaderboard, timeseries).
Uses benchmark.extras.series24h for the 24h export. Icon-only FileText button with checkmark flash on success.
