PR #1531 was merged with the wrong diff (branch teleport dropped my logo-manifest.ts edit). This PR actually applies it: sei/mode/ronin/immutable/stakeme paths move from ALIASES to RAW, aliases 'sei-official' etc stay in ALIASES.
