This PR adds an Azerbaijani (az) translation of the builder.
New file
apps/builder/messages/az.json: 4344 strings.apps/builder/src/i18n/config.ts: added az to locales and localeMeta.apps/builder/src/i18n/messages.ts: added az to messagesByLocale.apps/builder/__tests__/i18n-messages.test.ts: added az to completeCatalogLocales.Translated with GPT. Azerbaijani is my native language; I reviewed every string one by one and changed the ones that did not fit.
