Current Speakercontext out of the system prompt rebuild path and inject it into each group turn message sent to the model.Why
Group chat currently rebuilds the full system prompt every turn only because the speaker changes. That makes the system prefix unstable, defeats prompt caching, and repeats expensive prompt/context work.
