Added a responsive wallet connection status badge and account menu to the global header, including a mobile overlay menu for Home, Stellar, and wallet actions. Implemented client-side wallet state handling, accessible keyboard support, and updated Tailwind styles for the new header. Validated with npm run lint and npm run build.
