Multiple deliveries previously required separate manual checks, and reviewers could not carry their retained evidence to another device. This adds bounded acceptance plans, per-batch complete/failed/incomplete outcomes, unchanged passed-input reuse for failed-only rechecks, and a single integrity-verifiable review package with an offline HTML view. The CLI and local workbench support preflight, explicit execution and read-only reopening.
Plans, contract bytes, input inventories and reports are hash-bound; prior evidence remains immutable. Outputs use no-replace publication and shared input/report budgets. Inspection checks integrity without claiming authorship or rechecking original business data.
Validation: 696 tests passed, one existing test skipped; TypeScript, ESLint and build passed. Actual local CLI/workbench/Chrome completed mixed-case acceptance, corrected retry with passed evidence reuse, immutable original packages, reload/reopen and mobile layout. No Skill execution, provider calls or release asset replacement. Independently adapted declared-batch/result mechanisms documented by Great Expectations and Frictionless; no upstream code copied.
