- new tool memory_standing (A2.5 surface): list/run/save/delete over .meta/*.yaml standing queries — the feature module had zero callers outside tests (audit finding #6). Dual tier insight+write. 65 → 66. - memory_watch joins the review tier (was registered on no tier — its review-tier siblings proposals/report_card are; hidden-set test updated). - ROADMAP.md frozen with a legacy banner pointing at the master-list (claimed 19 tools, pre-alembic, pre-phases A-E). - reference.md tier table recounted (66), memory_standing row, README counts (56/63/46 → 66). - prod dedup (cowagent DB, backup taken): wiki_index 15 → 9 rows — 3 stale-path rows (pre-migration ~/.mcp-ariel-memory dir) + one of each near-duplicate pair (227/228/230) deleted; FTS rebuilt; integrity ok. Remaining test rows (Test/Count/g/h) left as-is.
