…fication, rollback P1 #5 — Skill ConfigMap loading: - New internal/skills/loader.go: reads .yaml/.yml from HERMESMANAGER_SKILLS_DIR (default /etc/hermesmanager/skills), parses K8s-manifest-style YAML, calls store.UpsertSkill() for each. Continues past individual file errors. - 5 unit tests covering single/multi/empty/bad-name scenarios. - main.go calls loader after migration, before server start. P1 #6 — Slack pipeline unification: - Extracted Server.CreateTask() into internal/api/taskservice.go with full pipeline: skill lookup → policy eval → DB write → token gen → dispatch. - handleCreateTask is now a thin HTTP wrapper. - Bot.handleRun delegates to TaskCreator interface (implemented by Server). Slack tasks now go through policy, get agent tokens, and get dispatched. - TaskCreator interface defined in slack package to avoid circular dependency. P1 #7 — Dispatch failure rollback: - If scheduler.Dispatch fails, CreateTask() marks task as failed and revokes the agent token before returning the error. No zombie pending tasks. - Uses existing UpdateTaskState + RevokeAgentToken (Store interface untouched). Store interface: FROZEN, zero modifications.
