Release faster new-note completion

Summary

• stop refreshing the full note list and navigation after a new note is created
• preserve Anki creation, short-note suspension verification, toast, and dialog close behavior
• save the deferred Mac Durable Outbox proposal for later review without changing current architecture

Expected behavior

• the new note will appear after a manual page refresh or later normal reload
• edit-note refresh behavior remains unchanged

Verification

• feature PR perf: avoid full refresh after new note #39 CI passed
• clean integration npm run check passed: lint, typecheck, 42 tests, knip, build
• no browser automation; user will measure production latency on iPhone
