This PR releases a new version of ClimaAnalysis.

Before making this release, these pipelines should be updated to use the new release of ClimaAnalysis and the pipelines should still work after the release.

This commit landed on the main branch when I tried to merge this PR (see 0cdd072). This was happening during the time that Github was having trouble with pull requests. I am not sure how the commit is on the main branch since there is main branch protection and the commit is not linked to any PR.
