Summary

Bumps the configured Ruby version from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 to keep the toolchain current with the latest patch release.

Key changes:

  • Update .ruby-version from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4
  • Update config/languages.yaml ruby setup_options.ruby-version to 4.0.4
