Run cto setup to configure all integrations. Here's what you'll need:
- Go to GitHub Settings → Personal Access Tokens
- Generate a new token with
reposcope - Provide the token during setup
- Go to Google Cloud Console
- Create a project and enable the Google Calendar API
- Create OAuth credentials (Desktop application)
- Download the JSON file and provide its path during setup
- Go to Slack API Apps
- Create an app and add these User Token Scopes:
search:read- Search messagesim:history,im:read- DMsmpim:history,mpim:read- Group DMschannels:history,channels:read- Public channelsgroups:history,groups:read- Private channelsusers:read- User names
- Install to your workspace and copy the User OAuth Token
- Go to Linear Settings → API
- Click "Create key" under Personal API keys
- Give it a label (e.g., "CTO CLI")
- Copy the generated key and provide it during setup
Note: Audit logs require Linear Plus plan and admin access.
- Get an API key from Anthropic Console
- Provide it during setup
Configuration is stored in ~/.worklog/:

All data is processed locally. Credentials are stored in ~/.worklog/ with restricted permissions. Data is only sent to the respective APIs (Google, GitHub, Slack, Linear, Anthropic) as needed.
