Trellis 0.5.2 is the latest public version. This prepares 0.7.0 with optional display-only tag slots, labels in six native Obsidian views, configurable filename structures, and safer change previews and recovery. All new display options are off by default. README, changelog, and release notes describe update behavior, compatibility limits, and recovery.
Bootstrap note selection now uses native labels and checkboxes for touch, pen, and keyboard input, while retaining mouse drag and Shift-range selection. Filename guards reject Windows superscript device names and occupied destinations that differ by case or canonical Unicode spelling. Bulk previews, undo, automation, note creation, and final rename checks share the collision guard; a note can still change only its own letter case.
Validation:
Windows Obsidian UI and physical Android/iOS execution remain unverified and are documented in the release notes. Native display names rely partly on internal Obsidian view structure.
This is source preparation only. The release branch remains separate from main; the repository owner will handle merging, the release tag, GitHub Release, and public distribution.
