Commit Process

1. All development MUST be on dev branch
2. Every pull request MUST be reviewed by at least one Contributor other than author
3. The body of the Commit message for OFconnect repo MUST include unit test results

• Run 'make clean; make runtest'

4. Directly pushing to CodeChix repositories is forbidden

• All code must be pushed in via the pull request process
• See Git and Github Workflow for instructions
