* feat: Unvendor awkde * chore: Remove unused dev dependencies and pin versions * chore: Alphabatize backend dependencies * chore: Pin backend dependencies to minor versions * Basic technologies documentation (#1184) Add in additional documentation about different technologies used in the project for reference for newcomers. This PR adds a markdown file documenting most of the technologies used within the project as a reference for newcomers or those unfamiliar with our stack. Standard docs are linked to help people access resources for learning and hopefully getting up to speed to make contributions.
