Unused prop with only commented-out template usage

The pendingCount prop is defined in SessionToolbar and passed from SessionsView via :pending-count="unanalyzedCount", but its only template usage (the badge span on lines 91–98) is entirely commented out. This leaves a dead prop definition, a dead data binding, and a block of commented-out template code shipping to production.

Duplicated library filter active check across components

hasLibraryFilters in KnowledgeView.vue and libraryFiltersActive in Sidebar.vue compute the identical expression — checking filters.cardType, filters.selectedTags.length, and filters.selectedTechStacks.length. If a new filter dimension is added, both must be updated in sync or the "reset" / "active filter" indicators will diverge. This logic belongs in the filters store (e.g., as a getter or exported computed).
