- productName 保持 XunJi，GitHub Release 资源名为 ASCII 前缀 - macOS：Info.plist CFBundleDisplayName、bundleName 显示「寻迹」；关于页应用名称同品牌名 - 版本与双 CHANGELOG、app-changelog 同步至 0.1.5 Made-with: Cursor
- 修改 release.yml 文件，调整 tauri build 仅针对 macOS Apple Silicon 平台，节省 CI 资源。 - 更新构建和上传步骤的注释，明确当前支持的构建平台和上传内容。
