feat: add standalone landing site - #11

A standalone Next.js 15 static-export marketing site under landing/, decoupled from the app (its own package.json + deps). Recreates the Forge Landing Site design with the Forge token system, real brand assets (favicon, OG/Twitter cards, web manifest), and light/dark theming. - Version + changelog are sourced from ../package.json and ../CHANGELOG.md at build time, so there is no hand-maintained copy to drift. - Live GitHub star badge: a client component fetches stargazers_count at runtime and shows it only at >= 1 star, with a 1h localStorage cache. Repo identity lives in a Node-free lib/repo.ts so the client bundle never pulls the build-time fs reads. - MIT throughout, matching the repo LICENSE. Also records the work in DEVLOG.
