Why

Operators need durable, consistent visibility from assignment through active work, waiting, review, recovery, and completion. The lab provides a safe repeatable release gate for that journey.

Validation

• pnpm ci:local: lint and typecheck passed; 1,225 tests passed with 1 skip; production build passed; 37/38 browser tests passed in the full serial run
• the one timed-out chat branching test passed immediately in isolation against the same build
• Lifecycle Lab: 4/4 Playwright journeys passed and six current axe reports contained zero violations
