### Changed

- **Waiting work creates a real operator decision.** A blocking run opens one deduplicated Action Request, keeps its human-readable waiting reason stable, and resolves the request automatically when work resumes or terminates.
- **Long live progress remains compact and inspectable.** Workstream traces show bounded progress summaries collapsed by default with an explicit control to reveal the full recorded detail.

### Fixed

- **Managed runtimes can complete through their MCP transport without changing execution identity.** A one-run capability correlates the dispatched runtime with its completion report while shared agent credentials remain insufficient proof.
- **GitHub webhooks preserve explicit delivery meaning.** Generic relation inference can no longer downgrade native `IMPLEMENTS`, `FIXES`, `RELEASES`, `REVIEWS`, or `SOURCE` links.

## 2026-07-22 — v0.29.5 release preparation

Prepared the serialized patch release for AXI-141 and merged PR #83. Release
metadata covers managed-runtime completion over MCP without identity drift,
actionable blocking waits, stable native GitHub relation precedence, and
expandable Live Trace progress. The immutable tag, production deployment, and
live verification remain separate delivery facts until their respective
release steps complete.
