Summary

Restore the markdown-renderer 0.46.0 update from #748 after the temporary release freeze in #770, and record verification of Android 1.19.0 and Plugin 1.13.1.

Changes

• Restore only the dependency version previously accepted into dev.
• Record immutable release commit/tree, downloaded artifact verification, Play submission, and production Relay health.

Verification

• Both release workflows passed: Android run 39501488718 and Plugin run 39501503947.
• Public APK/AAB hashes match the successful signed preflight, their release checksums, and GitHub digests. Embedded versions/code and release signatures verified.
• Public wheel/sdist checksums and 1.13.1 metadata verified.
• Production Relay 1.13.1 is healthy; authenticated session REST, pinned TLS, missing-auth rejection, strict missing-device rejection, Desktop reconnection and preserved configuration/session/certificate checks passed. No new Relay errors were found. Native Gateway plugin reload and Dashboard manifest 1.13.1 were verified; Dashboard was restarted to refresh its authenticated cache while the Gateway PID was preserved.
• python scripts/check-version-tracks.py and git diff --check passed. Current-head Android lint, focused tests, debug builds and Required checks passed.

Screenshots

No visual change is introduced by the verification record. Dependency rendering behavior is covered by the current-head Android checks; no fresh physical-device certification is claimed.

Compatibility / risk

This changes only subsequent dev builds. Neither immutable release tag nor its artifacts change. Physical voice listening verification remains incomplete; #745 and #743 remain separate. No new version bump, CLI release, public reporter comment, or issue closure.
