Add support for 5 main pages

Currently there is only support for 3 main pages.

ACs

1. Add support for a total of five pages.
2. Based on the slider switches in the settings page, enable or disable the pages
3. Need to figure out what it means for screen x to be enabled/disabled?
   1. For example, would each page correspond to a particular user? If so then when disabling a page data must be saved so that the page looks the same when reenabled
