Add CommerceFabric organization profile content

CommerceFabric’s .github repository did not expose any meaningful organization-facing content. This updates the shared GitHub metadata so the org presents a concise overview of the eCommerce microservices project and its main repositories.

• Organization profile

  • Added profile/README.md as the public organization profile content.
  • Introduced a short CommerceFabric overview and linked the primary repositories:
    • web-storefront
    • service-user
    • service-products
    • service-orders

• Repository README

  • Expanded the root README.md to describe the purpose of the .github repository itself.
  • Added a pointer to the organization profile source to make future updates more obvious.

• Content shape

  • Kept the profile intentionally compact: project summary, repository map, and core technology stack.
