Summary

!matr help (and bare !matr) previously dumped all 30 _HELP_QUIPS into the embed description under a "Marital wisdom" section. Each help invocation now picks exactly one quip at random and appends it as a single Discord subtext line (-# <quip>), keeping the embed short while the pool stays in the code.

• _help_embed(prefix, cmd, rng=None) picks (rng or random).choice(_HELP_QUIPS) and renders **Marital wisdom**\n-# {quip} at the bottom of the description; the command listing is unchanged. The optional rng makes tests deterministic.
• All three call sites (matr group callback, matr help, on_command_error's unknown-action path) share the behaviour.
• Tests updated: exactly one -# line per invocation from the pool, seeded RNG picks deterministically, different seeds can yield different quips, embed stays under 4096 chars, !matr and !matr help behave identically.
• README's "Marital wisdom" bullet updated to describe the single random quip.
