• Browser checks cover actual section order at 320–1440px, both themes, 24 click destinations, keyboard focus, no-JS fallbacks and every landing/header/footer/module-metadata URL and fragment.
• Accepted-demo and navigation suites pass, including both homepage players, Builder ZIP downloads and compatibility routes. Desktop/mobile screenshots inspected.
• All package README links pass against the built site and external HTTP: 15 packages, 16 READMEs, 90 distinct links per file, zero unresolved, for both release and current source trees.
• Released 1.3.0 framework build/types/lint and tests pass (8,755 pass; two existing skips, one existing TODO). No framework code or dependency changes. Packaging, cross-runtime and performance matrices and API regeneration are outside this documentation-only change.

The existing Vite 5 development-tool advisory exception is unchanged; dependency manifests and lockfiles are untouched.

Publication

An existing Pages deployment lock currently blocks publication of main: run41904152652. The old deployment was explicitly cancelled, but Pages still reports it as in progress. Hosting settings are unchanged. A successful merge must be followed by a successful deployment and public-site verification.

• Requested section order at 320–1440px in both themes, 24 real click destinations, keyboard paths and no-JS fallbacks.
• All 81 landing/header/footer/module-metadata URLs and fragments.
• Both homepage players, approved hero, validation/interceptor/OpenAPI demos and Builder ZIP downloads.
• Canonical navigation, compatibility URLs/fragments and the Get started menu change from docs: remove Builder from Get started sidebar #252.
• All README links for 15 framework packages, including nested READMEs and final public-site destinations: 16 READMEs, 90 links per source audit, zero unresolved.

The earlier Pages lock cleared on this automatic deployment. No hosting settings were changed. Temporary preview servers and the manual browser session have been stopped.
