Stage 4 of the approved TKB Redline upgrade. Session recaps deduplicate live unlocks, exclude imported history and synthetic completion celebrations, preserve Steam/Xbox groups, bound provider text and suppress Discord mentions. A branded confirmation window previews the exact immutable message; Keep it local is the default, and sharing requires explicit Send. No automatic recap posts or retries.

Trophies gains a read-only completion shelf from valid snapshot totals, linked to Library details. Unknown totals never appear as complete and imported snapshots cannot trigger posts/celebrations. Existing animation/reduced-motion system preserved; added Steam/Xbox completion particle cleanup contracts.

• Local Windows-targeted build: zero warnings/errors; all 80 core checks pass.
• Windows CI run 36718238523 passed: full solution build, native recap/compact/completion shelf screenshots, real animation/static/reduced-motion and usability checks, core/app tests, Steam bridge protocol, repository validation and signed Windows test installer.
• Both CodeQL analyses passed; no review threads observed.
• Native desktop/compact recap and completion shelf screenshots visually inspected. All fixture data is synthetic; no Discord posts made during verification.
• Recap contracts cover duplicate/synthetic/history exclusion, platform identity, unknown rarity, bounded hostile names, exact preview/payload equality and suppressed mentions. Native dialog check ensures Send is not the default action.
• No installed live-game smoke test was possible locally.

No provider detection, achievement delivery, sync, schema or version changes. Not a release; remaining operational polish/release validation tracked in docs/TKB-REDLINE-ROADMAP.md. PR Completion watcher/landing remains blocked by missing gh CLI. No merge mutation attempted.
