Adding the support for the locust percentile metrics "response_time_percentile_0.99" & "response_time_percentile_0.95".
Also, fix for the "CurrentResponseTimePercentileNinetyFifth" & "CurrentResponseTimePercentileFiftieth" based on the latest locust response of 'stats/request' api.
