🎨 Palette: Add a11y disclosure pattern to OverviewStats

💡 What: Added aria-expanded and aria-controls to the toggle button in the OverviewStats component, and assigned the corresponding id to the expandable content div.

🎯 Why: Previously, screen reader users could not tell the current expanded/collapsed state of the overview stats explanation section or which content the toggle button controlled. This change correctly implements the disclosure pattern.

♿ Accessibility: Enhanced structural semantics and predictability for screen reader users by properly linking the trigger button to the collapsible content via aria-controls and advertising its visibility state with aria-expanded.
