🛡️ Sentinel: [CRITICAL] Fix hardcoded admin password

🚨 Severity: CRITICAL
💡 Vulnerability: The ADMIN_PASSWORD variable was hardcoded directly in packages/web/src/lib/server/admin-auth.ts.
🎯 Impact: Anyone with access to the source code or compiled assets could easily discover and use the administrator password, leading to complete compromise of the application.
🔧 Fix:

• Removed the hardcoded string from packages/web/src/lib/server/admin-auth.ts and refactored it to source from env.ADMIN_PASSWORD.
• Added ADMIN_PASSWORD to the server environment validation schema in packages/web/src/lib/server/env.ts.
• Updated the .github/workflows/ci.yml build job with a placeholder for the CI to succeed.
  ✅ Verification: Run pnpm lint and pnpm test (with the required DB running). A build succeeds successfully when using the new environment variable layout.
