💡 What: Refactored listUseCases to read Markdown files concurrently using fs.promises.readFile and Promise.all instead of a sequential readFileSync loop, and updated the CLI handler to inherently support async executions.
🎯 Why: Iterating over hundreds of Markdown specs synchronously becomes a measurable performance bottleneck for vspec usecase list commands.
📊 Impact: Expected to reduce execution time for listing specifications significantly as the repository size scales.
🔬 Measurement: Verified using ad-hoc Date.now tracking and verified by test suite stability.

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request.

When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down.

I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job!

For more direct control, you can switch me to Reactive Mode. When this mode is on, I will only act on comments where you specifically mention me with @jules. You can find this option in the Pull Request section of your global Jules UI settings. You can always switch back!

🚦 How do rate limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces hourly rate limits for each developer per organization.

Our paid plans include higher PR review limits than trial, open-source, and free plans. In all cases, reviews become available again over time. During sustained high-volume PR review activity, CodeRabbit may temporarily slow when the next review becomes available.

Please see our Fair Usage Limits Policy for further information.
