Adds CLAUDE.md at the repo root — loaded automatically into every Claude session's context, making it persistent memory across sessions.

It deliberately does not duplicate AGENTS.md (architecture, layering, build commands stay there). It captures everything else learned across sessions:

• Operations: TestFlight cloud-signing setup, required Admin-role ASC key, known failure modes (90382 upload limit, App-Manager key error), core-tests-linux behavior, the legacy Xcode Cloud workflow.
• App Store track status and the 10 known-but-deferred issues from the memory audit.
• Device debugging recipes (console filters, jetsam vs crash artifacts).
