The toolbar overlay clipped a tinted count into a square, so values like 419 wrapped as 4/4 over 19. Use a Liquid Glass capsule that grows with the digits, and surface the same control on Now Playing. Co-authored-by: sanylax0 <sanylax0@users.noreply.github.com>

The Downloads toolbar badge was a tinted overlay clipped to the icon, so a count like
419wrapped into4/4over19under the Dynamic Island.This replaces that overlay with a single-line Liquid Glass capsule (icon + remaining count,
