What

Since the full-bleed pager (#82), the Library page's title and add-playlist "+" button (and Up Next's bar) sat under the status bar / Dynamic Island.

Why

The pager ignores the window safe area and re-injects insets with safeAreaPadding — additive safe area that pure-SwiftUI content (Now Playing's chevrons/labels) respects, but NavigationStack positions its bars from the real window safe area, which the pager hides — so the bars slid to the physical top of the screen.

How

The two NavigationStack pages (LibrarySheetView, UpNextView) now get hard top/bottom padding from the measured insets, placing their bars below the status bar and their content above the home indicator. Now Playing keeps safeAreaPadding so AlbumBackdrop's ignoresSafeArea still reaches the screen edges (hard padding would block it).

Testing

On device: the "+" button and "Continuity" title should sit fully below the status bar; Up Next's title likewise; Now Playing unchanged with full-bleed blur; paging still snaps one screen at a time.

The full-bleed pager re-injects insets with safeAreaPadding, which the
SwiftUI-native Now Playing page respects — but NavigationStack bars
position from the real window safe area the pager now ignores, so the
library's title and add-playlist button slid under the status bar. The
two NavigationStack pages get hard top/bottom padding instead; Now
Playing keeps safeAreaPadding so its backdrop still escapes to full
bleed.
