Steam is not opening

Steam is not opening, Clicking games also doesn't open steam. i checked with my friend who are using steam daddy, they don't have this error . i tried reinstallign steam , it opened but same issue happened after installing steam daddy and even purchased steam won't open after installing steamdaddy, to this day the issue is present . but my friend's pc nothing like that happened . Only in this update happened like that . even after deleting steam daddy files, steam won't open
