…heckpoint) Adds scripts/upload-r2-rehost.sh (re-uploads only the grit/2.0.0/ data objects + manifest of the 0.3.0 covering build; runtime enumeration; ^grit/2.0.0/ scope guard from a single TARGET_PREFIX (OD-8 switch); --dry-run default; typed --execute; profile upstream-r2; manifest last; --self-test; no third-party sync tool; no delete) + a checkpoint README documenting the HUMAN re-compile/validate/dry-run/--execute sequence (s15). No agent runs aws/--execute.

Milestone alden-feedback s13. Adds the upload script + checkpoint README for re-hosting GRIT 2.0.0 with the HFX 0.3.0 covering. Script: dry-run default, ^grit/2.0.0/ scope guard (OD-8 prefix is a one-line switch), typed --execute (human-only), manifest-last, --self-test, no rclone/no delete. The re-compile/validate/dry-run/upload are all HUMAN step s15 (GRIT source archive + R2 not available to the agent). Plan: planning/milestone-alden-feedback/s13/plan.md.
