Calls now open a dedicated screen with the Dot's mascot, an elapsed timer, separate live captions, microphone and speaker mute, minimize/expand, and end-call controls. Ending stops input/output immediately and keeps the peer alive until the provider hang-up request finishes.
Server voice compute and receipt sync use the Node-compatible CopilotKit Intelligence agent. This fixes the browser-only Core discovery timeout. Internal receipt prompts stay out of the chat UI while summaries remain visible.
The README uses video-linked still previews for the computer/HITL/Space workflow, page chat, computer use, and a 15-second real Realtime UI test. It describes OpenDots as an open-source template for always-on AI coworkers, highlights AG-UI streaming and human review, and adds an engineer-booking CTA with
ref=opendots_readme. The screen capture is silent, waiting time is trimmed, and playback is accelerated. Live microphone/audio, captions, controls, clean hang-up, and persisted transcript/receipt were verified locally. Spoken compute delegation is not claimed as demonstrated.Validation: formatting, lint, explicit typecheck, 152 tests across 33 files, full build, media decoding/visual inspection, and relative documentation links pass. The build retains the existing chunk-size advisory. Credentials remain local and server-side.
Booking attribution: the website must register
opendots_readmein its booking contract and CTA inventory before deployment will preserve this source. The link opens the engineer booking flow today; attribution currently falls back tocontact_us.
