Share session resource registration, pending-operation draining and exact device-lease release while preserving Codex thread ownership and WorkBuddy Hook/lease policy. Both hosts also share scrcpy video transport and forward tracking with separately scoped device filenames and local registries.
Late cleanup cannot release a replacement session's lease. Codex reports an unknown outcome if an action completed but observation-file materialization failed.
