redesign: clean precision UI with new typography and color system

Summary

Full visual redesign of the hub dashboard — "Precision Craft" design direction.

Design changes

• Typography: Syne (display/headings), Plus Jakarta Sans (body), JetBrains Mono (code/data) — replaces Space Grotesk
• Color palette: warm zinc neutrals (#09090B → #2A2A2E) with sparse cyan accent — removed blue-tinted charcoal
• Removed decorative noise: no more glow effects, dot-pattern backgrounds, gradient sweeps, decorative ::before/::after elements
• Tighter spacing: slimmer sidebar (220px), reduced padding/margins throughout
• Cleaner cards: simplified borders, no box-shadows by default, subtle scan-line hover effect on store cards
• Better badges: warmer status colors, consistent sizing

New features

• Markdown rendering in README modal — headings, code blocks, links, lists, bold/italic all render properly instead of raw text
• Command palette (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K) — quick navigation to any page, search installed plugins
• Favicon — simple branded favicon

Housekeeping

• Bumped version to 0.6.0 (package.json, plugin.toml, docs)
• Removed section numbers ("01", "02") from sidebar navigation
• Cleaned up CSS organization

Test plan

• Run fledge hub and verify all pages load (Project, Store, Installed, Lanes, Config, Doctor)
• Test store search and category filtering
• Test plugin install/remove/update from store cards
• Open a README modal and verify markdown renders correctly
• Test Cmd+K command palette opens and navigates
• Check mobile/responsive layout at 768px and 480px breakpoints
• Verify toast notifications appear for actions
